"Cannot give a rating for customer service, care or complaints handling can't rate something you can't find.....
However, upon inspecting how they engage with TrustPilot, I feel even 1 star is pushing it. In the time since they became trustpilot rated, they haven't flagged a comment..... but what is truly incredible is that of the 70%+ negative reviews they have replied to...NONE! That's in the stats offered by trustpilot.

I have searched high and low for contact details for chamilia, eventually posted on hm Samuel's twitter page despite this not being a retailer complaint (design flaw or poor manufacture) but I'm lost on how to complain directly like I want.

I bought myself the bracelet a few years ago, I have 3 of the older style chain charm bracelets and decided to expand to the new way of collecting charms. Slowly i bought relevant charms fast forward to Xmas 2019.
Mum asks what do you want, it occurs to me what the one thing my old ones have thats missing..... safety chain!! (Old bracelets have if soldered on as standard)
Granted it can't be soldered, but should catch on my wrist long enough to notice my bracelets making a break for the floor!
My mum keen to find the best one for the job looks at all available and settles on the strongest chain, that's what u gotta watch for don't want it to snap b4 you notice......
Nevermind mum the chain is still, one year on and maybe 24 hours of wear in total, in one piece. Probably because over those 24 hours it has completely unclipped itself from the bracelet 3 times.....a safety chain that needs saving 🤬 the first time being boxing day 2019.
I assumed at that point maybe I'd attached it wrong and moved on.
But every time I wear it with in 5 minutes it is hanging off the bracelet one clasp undone waiting for the other to join it!
Looking closely at the clippy bit I can see why there is a noticeable gap bigger than the one to undo the bracelet clasp and the tiniest ridge to hold it in place I have now taken it off its most expensive part cost more than the bracelet!
Bracelet = 4/5
Charms = 3/5 (tarnishing with time)
Chain with clips on = -5/5
it's false advertising to call it a 'safety' chain"

"All of the charms iv had and paid good money for the stones fall out and then they are ruined. Hm samual replaced one bracelet that it happened to but then refused to replace any of the charms..... they said it should be chamilia held accountable and unfortunately they don’t care. Waste of money"

"I ordered two face masks almost two weeks ago. Never moved from Slidell LA. Wrote the person and they told me they would refund me the money for only one. I wrote back and said I want both or my money back. Just got another message saying they refunded me the money. Still have yet to receive it and no masks. SCAM ASS COMPANY"

"I have had the same problem as many of Chamilia's other customers. Absolutely terrible to non-existent customer service, no email reply, no valid telephone number to call. My problem was with a bracelet I bought for my daughter a few years ago. I purchased a charm for every significant day, birthday, Christmas, more recently mother's day etc., which resulted in near to £1000 worth of charms. The clasp on the bracelet would no longer close and I was advised it could not be repaired and I would have to purchase a new bracelet. I could not understand why it was irreparable and was not given an explanation for this. A charm bracelet is a life long bracelet in my mind, each charm representing something special. However, I was told nothing they could do, no goodwill gestures, no help, no empathy for being a good and loyal customer, the response was' tough',' it was out of guarantee' (which it was) and they had no interest or responsibility to a customer of several years and for the bracelet to be irreparable was also a shock. This is not a piece of jewellery which was worn every day, my daughter is a nurse so not practical, but to be enjoyed on special occasions, so did not have a huge amount of wear. I am disgusted and disappointed with the ethics of this company and will continue to take them to task and shame them world wide and advise anyone contemplating purchasing from them, not to."

"I have just had one of the worst shopping experiences For a very long time with Chamilia.
On 30 December 2019 I placed an order after seeing their products advertised on a FB Disney group well it has been a nightmare ever since.
My first order was cancelled by them due to a ‘system error’, it took me to contact them after a week of waiting to find this out by then some of the items were out of stock.
I reordered what I could and a week later same thing, had heard nothing from them but this time my paypal payment had been taken. I have telephoned their customer service 3 or 4 times and no one answers and have sent them 4 emails all unanswered. They have taken so long to ship my items that another item has become out of stock and then today my parcel arrives with an item missing.
My husband contacts them on my behalf to be told that the item should never have been able to order online as it was out of stock, guess what another system error.
To be honest the whole process has been very disappointing and frustrating, I am now left with 3 items out of 5, the two main items I wanted are now out of stock and the other bits were only ordered to make up the amount for free postage.
We have been charged for the whole 5 and are now waiting for refunds and if it wasnt for the fear of it all going wrong and the awful customer service would return the items I have.
I wish I had read the reviews on here before I ordered, It has been a complete waste of time !"

"Update from my previous review. My order for £86.00 was DELIVERED yesterday pm (15th Jan) by UPS. This a complete surprise, given that there had been no Order Acknowledgement Email, or UPS delivery advice. Although there was a tracking number on the parcel which was signed for. My order was correct and packaged properly. All I can say is the Customer Service Dept at Chamilia should have responded to my emails regarding this order when they must have known their computer system was having problems. But, they still managed to send me promotional emails regularly."

"I placed order for £86.00 on 2/1/2020 and paid by PayPal. This payment was authorised but I did NOT get order acknowledgment from Chamilia. Sent them email on the 7th and got automated reply with “urgent” contact phone number, which is constantly engaged. Sent 2 further emails on 8th and 9th with attachment of PayPal Payment, still no reply. So £86.00 taken from my Bank Account and I can’t raise the issue with Chamilia because they won’t respond. The matter is now for PayPal to try and sort out. I have purchased from Chamilia before and recently just before Xmas with no problems. I now have 2 disappointed girls for whom I was adding to their collection. They are stuck with Chamilia bracelets! It’s an absolute disgrace a company such as this can blatantly rob valued customers. Not even 1 star!!"

"I've ordered 3 times from the website chamilia and I received the email 5 minutes later after purchasing items that I will have a invoice and tracking number and delivery date in the next 1 -3 working days this was 7 days ago have emailed the company but had no reply set for automated email that sending me a number which is invalid and you can't ring it.
I ordered the items as I had two upcoming birthday what have now gone! So very disappointing! And had to rebuy for family & friends! Luckily I paid thought PAYPAL! So I know I can get my money back! I've opened a case to get a full refund!

THIS IS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME I WILL BE BUYING ANYTHING!"

"AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

I ordered from their Disney sale and when my items arrived i was missing one of my products however all boxes needed had been packaged. Contacted these guys and they didn't reply, completely ignored my emails so i emailed again and still got nothing.

This company will scam you, leave you out of pocket and not bat an eyelid. I wouldn't spend another penny on their products which is a shame because the product i did receive are beautiful but the dreadful customer care really irritates me. No customers, no company so i really think they need to be putting customer's first or they'll have none.

I would give this 0/5 if possible.

They take no responsibility for ripping off customers and the customer service department that only deals with emails is shockingly bad. Will be reporting them to trading standards to get my hard earned money back."

"SHOCKING..dont buy anything from this company. The customer service is terrible dont bother replying to emails as need to return a Christmas present. It may be a discounted price but it's not worth the hassle and now I have a ring which is no good to anyone. Its as if they take your money and run !!!! "I brought a special chamilia charm for my pandora when my mum died as I preferred it to any of the pandora charms at the time that I'd seen. It was two angel wings with mum on one and daughter on the other. I put one wing with her when she was cremated. The other on my pandora. I'm absolutely devastated and heart broken that my wings stones fell out within the first year. I didnt keep receipt but it doesnt matter its irreplaceable. I hardly wear my bracelet I look after it and have never ever had that issue with pandora. I will not be buying chamilia charms in future!!!"

"This is the worst company! Do not purchase anything from them! The stones on my bracelet fell out within weeks of purchasing it. Now I’m trying to contact the company for a refund & they will not answer me or send me my refund. I’ve been emailing them for months! This is ridiculous!! My children spent a lot of money purchasing this bracelet & charms for me & they should be compensated!!! How do you ignore your customers???????"

Prompt delivery and items arrived beautifully packaged. I purchased 3 Chamilia charms for the price of 2, offer stated on website, and at time of order all 3 charms were available. However yesterday, on the day order was despatched from warehouse, I received an email to say one of my charms was out of stock so wouldn't be sent. So I've received 2 charms for the price of 2, not the 3 as the offer stated.

I emailed Customer Services who were apologetic but said that since my order had been despatched I'd have to wait for it to arrive and then send all items back for a full refund. I want the 2 charms I do have, they're a present for my Mum's birthday upcoming.

I am disappointed that the charm wanted was out of stock especially since the website never said this was out of stock, otherwise I would have selected another option. This encounter has made me reconsider purchasing Chamilia charms, or from Ernest Jones, again."

"You do not receive a dispatch email with this company, you pay £4.45 for delivery to receive the item a week or more later which I personally feel is expensive for delivery which isn’t even standard ie. 2-3 working days.
Charms are nice but they seriously need to sort out some sort of system for dispatch notifications etc and a better courier. I’ve made another order which was due yesterday, had an email off UPS but still no item"

"I’ve ordered some charms and they’ve sent me the wrong one I’ve emailed twice and the only response is an email telling me someone from customer services will be in touch as soon as possible. Still no contact second email sent and third.
Tried calling as advised if urgent says putting you through to agent then nothing and then it tells you your about to exceed message length and cuts you off.

I’ve left a message and nothing really angry now as bead won’t be here for Christmas what a letdown previously had good service from them won’t be buying again.

Chamilia have been in touch finally and have agreed to send the new bead today so it will be late but will arrive eventually at no extra cost to me. Resolved albeit it a bit late."
